Trisakti Sumber Karya, a shipping subcontractor company established in 2019, has experienced a significant decline in employee productivity in recent years. This problem is related to the lack of functioning of the servant leadership role, motivation, training, and disharmonious communication, which contribute to the decline in employee performance. This study aims to (1) Analyze the partial effect of servant leadership style, work discipline, and job training on job satisfaction; (2) Analyze the partial effect of servant leadership style, work discipline, and job training on employee performance; (3) Examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (4) Analyze the effect of servant leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; (5) Analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; and (6) Analyze the effect of job training on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a mixed methods method that combines qualitative and quantitative research. The study population involved 155 permanent employees of PT. Trisakti Sumber Karya, with a saturated sample covering the entire population. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the empirical model. This study concluded that all variables studied, namely servant leadership style, work discipline, and job training have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and performance at PT. Trisakti Sumber Karya. Work motivation plays an important role in improving employee performance. Servant leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, while job training does not show a significant mediation effect. Shopee as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia offers various information system features to improve user experience and influence their purchasing decisions. This research aims to analyze the influence of the e-commerce information system implemented by Shopee on consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach involving 250 Shopee user respondents. The research results show that ease of use, transaction security, product recommendation features, and customer reviews have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Shopee. That studies aims to determined the effects of products diversity,and trust on employee purchase decision at Lazada online in Batam city. The technique in collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 385 respondents, namely people who use the Lazada application. UKM mempunyai peranan strategis dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, terbukti pada waktu bangsa Indonesia mengalami krisis yang terjadi beberapa waktu lalu, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) lebih tangguh dalam menghadapi realita tersebut, sedangkan usaha yang berskala besar mengalami stagnasi bahkan berhenti aktifitasnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan demikian apa yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan data secara objektif terhadap kondisi yang ada, perkembangan usaha miko kecil menengah dan perkembangan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran UMKM dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sangatlah besar, karena dapat dilihat dari perkembangan UMKM yang terus menerus mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Jumlah Pelaku UKM di sembilan kecamatan sebanyak 1600 UMKM dengan penyebaran jumlah yang tidak merata. Dari semua UKM, ada yang berdiri sejak Tahun 1999 dan hingga sekarang masih beroperasi. Sebanyak 526 UKM tidak lagi beroperasi atau tutup tanpa kejelasan hal tersebut juga akan mempengaruhi tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja.
